Our internship

The Magnify Internship is designed to develop leaders in faith and creativity. This is more than learning skills. It is an opportunity to be formed in the heart, values, and vision of what it means to build through faith and art.

You will not only learn what we do, but why we do it and how to carry it forward.

Internship period is for 6 months + Extension
Start Time: Fall (Aug–Sept) 2026

  • As an intern, you will be trained and equipped in both spiritual and creative leadership.

    You will grow in:

    • Leadership within the context of faith and art

    • Understanding and living out our core values in depth

    • Creative excellence and stewardship of your gifts

    • Team building and collaboration

    • Spiritual discipline, consistency, and responsibility

    This internship is about becoming, not just learning.

  • Throughout the internship, you will receive hands-on experience in:

    • Leadership training in faith and art

    • Event planning and execution

    • Team building and collaboration

    • Music production and performance

    • Content creation and storytelling

    • Teaching and leading Bible studies

    • Serving within the local church

    • Visual communication and design

    • Client-based creative work

    • Dedicated studio time to develop your own projects

  • This is a hands-on internship where you will actively participate in building Magnify.

    • Take part in a mission trip to Magnify Tokyo, Japan

    • Help organize and lead monthly Magnify Nights

    • Participate in weekly gatherings and ministry rhythms

    • Music track: write and record a song while learning the full process

    • Creative track: complete a final project or body of work in your field

Internship Commitment

This is an internship designed for the creative who are serious about growth and calling.

  • This is not a paid internship

  • Fridays are required for Magnify gatherings from 9am to 5pm

  • Mondays at 4pm-6pm for team meetings

  • Wednesdays from 9am to 12pm for internship classes

  • Active involvement in serving at a local church is required

  • Attendance at monthly Magnify evening events is required

  • Interns are responsible for their own financial provision

  • All interns are expected to agree with and live out the mission, vision, and core values of Magnify Studio.
