Philip Shibata
Founder of Magnify Studio & Magnify USA
Japanese-born Canadian singer-songwriter and visual artist. He was the lead guitarist of the indie band Rivers & Robots and also releases music under his own name.
Having lived in six different countries in pursuit of the ministry he leads today, Philip brings a uniquely multicultural perspective to the intersection of faith and the arts. He currently lives in Florida with his wife, Eileen, and their two daughters.
Yoshihisa NAKAMURA
Magnify Tokyo Director
Born in Japan, Yoshihisa Nakamura spent many years working as a session bassist before stepping into ministry and leadership. Today he leads several initiatives in Japan, including CALM, a Christian IT community, and FaithTech. As the first director appointed for Magnify in Japan, Yoshihisa faithfully leads the Magnify Tokyo team in hosting gatherings, equipping creatives, and fostering meaningful collaboration and creation within the community.
TOSIN OJO
Operation Manager of Magnify Global
Born in Nigeria, and currently residing in Philadelphia, USA. She is a creative, whose passions include film and digital photography, and the occasional interior design. With a background in leading creative teams, she helps oversee all the projects at Magnify Studio.
