We believe God is building something through Magnify Studio that is bigger than one person. We are prayerfully building a core team of leaders who will help carry the vision, serve the Church and create for the Kingdom of God.

This is not just volunteering. This is leadership, discipleship, and stewardship. If you feel called to build, lead, and serve through your gifts, we invite you to fill in your information bellow.

  • Core team leaders are committed individuals who:

    • Carry the heart, mission, and vision of Magnify Studio

    • Agree with and live out our core values

    • Take ownership of a specific area of the ministry

    • Serve consistently in both creative and spiritual spaces

    • Help build people, not just projects

    This is for those who feel called to lead, not just assist.

  • This is a local and committed leadership role.

    • You must be based in the area or feel called to move here

    • This is not a paid position at this time

    • Our team consists of passionate individuals who steward their own provision while serving the vision

    • You must agree with and be aligned with our mission, vision, and core values

THREE OPEN ROLES

  • Focus: What people see online
    Leads all digital expression of Magnify, including YouTube, social media, and podcast content. This role shapes how our message is seen, heard, and experienced online.

    You may be a good fit if you:

    • Have experience in video editing or content creation

    • Understand social media and storytelling

    • Are consistent, organized, and creative

    • Care about excellence and message clarity

  • Focus: People and spiritual health
    Leads the discipleship and community side of Magnify, helping people grow in faith, connection, and calling.

    You may be a good fit if you:

    • Have a heart for people and spiritual growth

    • Can lead or facilitate Bible studies or small groups

    • Value mentorship and intentional relationships

    • Desire to build a strong, Christ-centered community

  • Focus: In-person gatherings
    Leads the planning and execution of our gatherings, including Worship Nights and Magnify Nights.

    You may be a good fit if you:

    • Are organized and detail-oriented

    • Enjoy planning and coordinating events

    • Can lead teams and manage logistics

    • Stay calm and solution-focused under pressure
